Common questions
What areas do you serve?
We currently serve Zone 01 — White Rock, Lakewood, Lochwood, and Eastwood in Dallas. Saturdays only, 8AM–2PM. Zones 02–05 are coming — join the waitlist on our home page to be first when your area opens.
Do I need to be home during the service?
For exterior-only services (Grün Refresh) you don't need to be present — just make sure the car is parked in shade with 3 feet of door clearance on both sides. For interior services (Grün Signature, Interior Reset) you need to be present or leave your keys in a safe place. We'll text you 30 minutes before arrival.
How does payment work?
After we confirm your booking we send you a secure Square invoice by text or email. Pay the invoice to hold your Saturday slot — it takes about 60 seconds. Square handles all payment processing securely. We accept all major credit cards.
What if my car is too dirty?
Waterless products work best on light to moderate dirt. If your car has heavy mud, dried salt, or caked-on road grime — your Grüner will assess at arrival. In rare cases we may need to reschedule at no charge. When in doubt, text us a photo at (972) 460-6272 and we'll let you know before Saturday.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your appointment. Within 24 hours a $25 fee applies. Same-day cancellations are $40. To reschedule just text us at (972) 460-6272 — we're flexible and will do our best to find you another slot.
Do you need water or electricity?
No — that's the whole point. GRÜN is completely waterless and cordless. We arrive fully equipped with professional-grade waterless products, microfiber towels, and everything needed to detail your car. You don't need to provide anything.
I'm not comfortable booking online — can I just text?
Absolutely. Text (972) 460-6272 and we'll handle the entire booking for you — no app, no forms, no account needed. Just tell us your name, neighborhood, preferred Saturday, and service. We'll take it from there.
