Terms and Cancellation Policy

Here is what to expect when you book a GRÜN waterless detail. We keep the rules simple so your appointment is smooth, safe, and easy to manage.

Service Requirements

Cancellation and Refund Policy

More than 48 hours before appointment Full refund. No questions asked.
24 to 48 hours before appointment $25 cancellation fee. Remainder refunded.
Same day cancellation, less than 24 hours $40 cancellation fee. Remainder refunded.
No show If your Grüner arrives and cannot access the vehicle, there is no refund. The full service amount is retained.
Rescheduling One free reschedule is allowed with more than 24 hours notice. You must rebook within 30 days in the same zone.

Results and Disclaimer

GRÜN uses professional-grade waterless products. Results may vary based on vehicle condition, paint age, and soil level.

GRÜN is not responsible for pre-existing paint damage, scratches, swirl marks, or surface defects. Customer is responsible for removing personal items, car seats, and valuables before service.

Independent Contractor

Services are performed by independent Grüners. Gruen Services LLC coordinates scheduling and quality but is not liable for personal injury or property damage beyond the cost of the service booked.

Payment

Payment is collected before service begins via secure Square payment link. Cancellation fees are charged per the policy above.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing customers.

Photo Consent

Before and after photos are taken for quality assurance after every service.
